There’s something incredibly powerful about working with midlife women who are navigating hormonal changes. Maybe it’s because I’ve walked that same path and I know just how overwhelming it can feel.

When my daughters went off to college and my role as a daily mom shifted, I found myself juggling the emotions of being an empty nester while also trying to support aging parents who live far away. All while managing my hormone imbalances. It was a new stage of life, and one I wasn’t fully prepared for.

At the same time, I was inundated with conflicting advice: eat this, avoid that, follow this trendy diet, or take these supplements. It was confusing, frustrating, and often made me feel even more lost in my own body. And I'm a health nerd!!  

But here’s what I discovered: when you come back to the basics—real food, good sleep, intentional movement, and listening to your body—everything starts to shift.

That’s why I became a Functional Medicine Health Coach. I’m here to help women find the root cause of their symptoms and create a personalized plan to rebalance their hormones naturally. Together, we look at your habits, your sleep, your stress, and your kitchen—and we make changes that are sustainable and effective.
