I was right where you are: stuck, frustrated, and wanting someone to hold my hand, help me feel confident in my menopausal body, and lead me to find holistic solutions.
Just like you, I wanted to get back to feeling healthy again.
I wanted a way to stop the physical and mental debilitating ailments of menopause. I was passionate about finding the most holistic way to live a life free of frustrating menopause symptoms.
I continually found that my lifestyle habits were standing in my way.
I was so resistant to change that I was self-sabotaging my health. I wanted to eat everything I used to and drink coffee all day. I thought I could fix my menopausal symptoms by exercising a little more and eating a little less.
I went in search of a solution to managing my new life of anxiety, hot flashes, brain fog, and just not feeling up to my full potential.
But unable to find it, I made it my mission to create a solution for menopausal women to feel healthy and find freedom in being in control of their health and I have seen so much success with it that I just knew I had to share it with others.
A couple of years later...
After completing several certifications and tons of research and testing what I found, I discovered something that every menopausal woman should know and apply to her life.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, a certified Menopause coach, as well as a certified holistic nutritionist based in Boise, Idaho. My decades of being a Dental Hygienist and having my Master's in Organizational Leadership bring a unique perspective to my holistic approach to bringing clarity, direction, and positive support to my clients.
In addition, I have over 17 years of personal experience as a patient with a Functional Medicine provider, learning and discovering the foundation of the Functional Medicine world, and I have firsthand knowledge of how overwhelming and rewarding change can be. My 30 years of being a dental hygienist nourish the experience behind the link between your teeth, real food, and sustained health, providing a unique meaning behind finding the “root cause” of disease.

In the small group option, you will go through approximately 3-4 modules per month, with group discussions matching the module we are meeting about. Private 1:1 option is done through weekly sessions and through the 12 modules.

Personal 1:1 option of going through the Midlife Revival is for someone who wants private coaching sessions with me. In this option, we will work 1:1 for 3 months.
