I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, and a registered dental hygienist of 30 years, with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and certifications in menopause and holistic nutrition.
My passion is guiding midlife women through the 4 key Midlife Revival pillars of Nutrition, Balance, Detox, and Control, so you can discover what truly works for your body, and create a meaningful, sustainable Midlife Revival that lasts a lifetime.
